Goddess Number One,’ Mighty Donna’; if you catch my drift. And for sure, we love Goddess Number Two,’ Gretchen too. The point is, we need a Personal Assistant who knows what’s coming and reads the room. Like Donna, you are more than a PA. You are also our Business Support Officer, providing commercial, financial, HR and project support.

Our Donna will be a name and job title all in one, running our company and managing The Board like a charming badass. You have a can-do mentality, read the room, are fun to work with, have a go-ahead mentality, and move mountains if needed. You tick all the boxes: strong organizational, time management, communication, and relationship skills.

We are a fast-growing, Amsterdam-based firm for customer and employee experience in Enterprise IT. We merge tech and touch for leading enterprises and are the proud and profound founders of XLA. The vibe, the teams, and the products are in place for stellar growth. So we need a Donna: the glue that holds us together.

You are fluent in English and Dutch (native of near to native). You will team up with our 
Office Manager. We are working in the vibrant and funky Houthavens with a staff of +25. Is this you? Are you up for a challenge? 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Providing commercial, financial, HR and project support
  • Assisting with research and presentations
  • Liaising with customers and prospects
  • Cooperating with legal and accounting advisors
  • Facilitating collaboration between our teams
  • One-to-one support executives
  • Planning and preparing meetings

What are you bringing to the table?

  • HBO level
  • 5+ years work experience
  • Can-do mentality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and technicalities
