Bart is part of the team responsible for setting up a new variation on the Outsourcing Performance study. Bart is assisting in the design and implementation of this comprehensive study aimed at bringing the maximum number of parties into contact with one another. He is also involved in the analyses.

Martine Kuiken

Martine is Office Manager and organises all issues around the office and business operations. She liaises between suppliers, financial administration and challenging agendas and helps ensure that Giarte colleagues are able to do their job.

Reinout Jörg

Reinout is Change Management Lead ITsat and responsible for customer improvement programs. He advises our ITsat customers how to improve the quality of IT services. The ITsat outcomes are the basis to look for improvements. Together with the customer bottlenecks and potential improvements are identified.

Ditmar Keijdener

Ditmar is an ITsat Service Manager and supports clients before, during and after the introduction of ITsat. He also maintains close ties during the contract period to ensure that the service is constantly tailored to the wishes of the client.

Jac Gianotten

Jac plays a key role in the development of the ITsat service. He is tasked with the continuous evaluation and improvement of both the method and technology. Jac’s portfolio includes a number of clients whom he supports in the use of the service. The overall business operations of Giarte also form part of his organisational responsibilities.

Linda van ‘t Klooster

As Project Manager, Linda is responsible for steering a number of activities for Outsourcing Performance such as the e-letter and events. Linda sees to it that the right people are invited to the right events and to the smooth running of each event.

Marco Gianotten

Marco maintains commercial contact with vendors and substantive contact with clients. He is responsible for the commercial development of Outsourcing Performance within and outside the Netherlands. He is highly familiar with the market and the CIOs agenda and gives regular talks on these topics at seminars. For the ITsat service, Marco is often the first person to meet with a prospective client to test the waters.

Marlou Klaassen

Marlou is responsible for the operational ITsat services towards clients. In this capacity, she plays a pivotal role between the implementation at our clients’ side, our technical service providers and the offshore delivery centre. Marlou consults with clients to ensure that the needs in the field are translated into new developments.

Morena Prasing

Rolf Engelen

Rolf is an ITsat Service Manager and supports clients before, during and after the introduction of ITsat. He also maintains close ties during the contract period to ensure that the service is constantly tailored to the wishes of the client.

Sven van de Riet

Sven is Senior Researcher and responsible for all research conducted within Giarte. He has expanded the Outsourcing Performance study over the years and turned it into the number one commercial benchmark on the market today. He is the first point of contact for all large suppliers in the field of business development in outsourcing and is an authority in the field of the latest developments in the world of IT service.
