Outsourcing Performance is independent. Giarte includes all service providers in its research, regardless of whether they are active participants in the study. This results in a broad overview of the entire market, supplemented with an in-depth look at the motives of decision makers.

The story behind the figures

Conducting a study and presenting the figures is not a difficult undertaking. We don’t settle for dry data. Giarte maintains personal ties with the majority of participants in a study. We interview hundreds of managers each year and are therefore able to explain movements accurately and provide detailed information on the attitudes and perceptions of client groups and market segments. A simple percentage doesn’t provide any profound insights, but our comprehensive approach does.
