Percentages don’t tell the whole story. For that reason, we supplement the online data collection with respondent interviews. Together, the quantitative and qualitative information provide a comprehensive picture, which is then made available to the participants in a variety of ways:
Outsourcing Performance Yearbook
Each October, Giarte publishes a yearbook based on the results of the latest study. The yearbook contains interviews, analyses and best practices. It also outlines the study results in a separate research section and we list profiles of all service providers. The yearbook is a fully independent initiative and contains no adverts. Each study participant automatically receives a copy of the yearbook by post.
Outsourcing Performance Day
The research results are presented during a closed afternoon session in the first week of October. Only during this event are the participants given full insight into the performance of Dutch service providers. IT executives share their outsourcing experiences and the yearbook is officially launched. The programme furthermore allows ample time to exchange thoughts with colleagues. This event is non-sponsored and independent of consultancy firms and IT organisations. Only the demand side of the sector is present so that issues can be discussed in complete confidence. The session is free of charge for study participants.
Research notes
Specific topics are selected from the research notes and analyses. These publications are distributed via the Giarte community: DigitalBoardroom. The publications are freely accessible to all, but some of the detailed information is exclusively available for participants.
