Outsourcing Performance is the annual benchmark study of Giarte. The topic of this study is how outsourcing organisations view their relationship with service providers. Several hundreds of managers give their opinion on service providers and share their outsourcing plans.

Outsourcing Performance takes place within the closed section of the Giarte community: the DigitalBoardroom. This ensures that the feedback comes from a reliable source. And it helps establish a firm foundation for the study results. A number of other aspects are equally essential for the relevance of this study.
Percentages don’t tell the whole story. For that reason, we supplement the online data collection with respondent interviews. Together, the quantitative and qualitative information provide a comprehensive picture, which is then made available to the participants in a variety of ways.
