Implementation plan
The ITsat implementation within a particular organisation is structured according to the project initiation document.
ITsat attribute model
Within ITsat, all relevant details are registered together with the assessment of the end user. This enables the grouping of all possible results and calculations according to set characteristics. To keep the process as structured as possible, a separate ‘attribute model’ has been developed.
Submit data
The ITsat measurements require access to employee data and tickets from the service management system. ITsat uses this data to select individuals within the organisation for a weekly survey about their general satisfaction with specific reported problems and requests. There are four types of data, each with its own purpose.
